Terms of Service
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms govern your use of the website sinbad.studio and the content Sinbad Studio publishes under the handle @sinbadworks. By using the site, you accept them.
These terms cover the website and our published work. They are not the terms of a paid engagement — if you hire us, the scope, fees, delivery, and rights are agreed in a separate written agreement for that project, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.
1. What this website is
sinbad.studio is an informational showcase for our work. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of availability, price, or result. Descriptions of what we do are illustrative; what we would actually deliver for you is settled in conversation, not inferred from this page.
2. Availability
We provide the site as it is and make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. We may change, restructure, or remove any part of it at any time without notice, including removing work from the showcase.
3. Our content and intellectual property
All material on this site — video, images, audio, text, the Sinbad Studio name, the @sinbadworks handle, and the visual identity — belongs to Sinbad Studio or is used with permission. You may view it, link to it, and share the platform posts using the platforms' own share features.
Without our written permission, you may not:
- copy, download, re-upload, or redistribute our video or images;
- use our work in advertising, showreels, or any commercial context;
- edit, crop, re-voice, or otherwise alter our work and present the result;
- use our work, or any part of it, to train AI models;
- use our name, handle, or identity in a way that implies endorsement or partnership.
4. How our work is made
Our video and image work is produced with AI tools as a core part of the process. People, places, and products appearing in it may be synthetic. Work shown in the showcase may be self-initiated demonstration pieces rather than commissioned campaigns, and the appearance of a brand, product, or likeness in a demonstration piece does not imply that the brand commissioned it or endorses us.
5. Acceptable use of the site
Please do not attempt to breach, probe, or overload the site or its infrastructure, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material.
6. Our social accounts
We publish to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube accounts that we own and operate. Your use of those platforms is governed by each platform's own terms, which we do not control and are not a party to. Comments and messages on our posts are subject to the platform's rules as well as these terms; we may hide or remove comments on our own posts at our discretion.
Links from our site or posts to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
7. YouTube API Services
We use YouTube API Services to publish our own video work to our own YouTube channel, @sinbadworks. By using our services you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. What YouTube data we access, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted is set out in section 5 of our Privacy Policy. Access granted to our tools can be revoked at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinbad Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on anything published on it, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy
How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The current version always lives at this address, with the date of the last change at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Baghdad.
